Procurement & price intelligence
Every supplier price, as one comparable number.
SanBili reads your invoices, receipts and quotations, matches every line to your own products, and works out what a single unit really costs — across all of your suppliers, and over time.
Free plan, no card required. Upgrade only when your catalog outgrows it.
Comparing suppliers is harder than it should be
The information is all there, spread across a folder of PDFs and a drawer of paper. The work is turning it into one number you can act on.
Three suppliers, three descriptions
The same product arrives as “Cola 330 CAN”, “Coke Can 330ml” and “COLA-330-24”. Nothing lines up, so nothing can be compared.
Pack sizes hide the real price
A case of 24 against a tray of 12 against a pallet. The lowest invoice total is routinely not the lowest price per unit.
Increases arrive quietly
A few cents on a line item, on a document nobody re-reads. It is only visible if someone remembers what the last one said.
How it works
Three steps, and only one of them is yours.
1Capture the document
Photograph an invoice at the counter or upload a PDF, spreadsheet or receipt. Reading it happens in the background — you are not waiting on a spinner.
2Check the draft
Every line comes back as a draft with the supplier, quantity, pack size and price filled in. You correct anything that looks wrong. Nothing is recorded until you save.
3Compare the real price
Matched to your own product list and divided down to a single sellable unit, so a case of 24 and a case of 36 finally compare on the same number.
Built for the way buying actually works
Capture on a phone at the counter, review at a desk, decide from history.
Every line, not just the total
Line-item extraction reads each row of the document — description, quantity, pack size, unit price — and every line is re-read for accuracy before it reaches you.
One product across every supplier
Suppliers describe the same thing three different ways. Match each supplier's wording once to your own product, and the history stitches itself together.
Pack sizes stop hiding the price
A tray, a case and a pallet all normalize to the cost of one sellable unit, so the cheapest headline price and the cheapest actual price stop being different things.
What you paid, over time
Every saved document leaves a price observation behind. Each new price is read against that history, so a quiet increase is visible the day it arrives.
Side-by-side comparison
Put up to five quotations and past purchases next to each other, lined up by product — including ones you have not saved yet.
Your catalog, exportable
Products and price history export as CSV on paid plans. It is your purchasing record, and it leaves with you.

Frequently asked questions
What does SanBili mean?
SanBili is short for "Saan Bibili" — Tagalog for "Where to buy?" It is the question every buyer asks when looking for the cheapest supplier, and the one SanBili is built to answer.
What kinds of supplier documents can SanBili read?
Invoices, receipts and quotations — as a PDF, a photograph taken on your phone, or a Word or Excel file. Documents are read in the background, so you can upload several and carry on working.
How do you compare prices when suppliers sell different pack sizes?
Every price is normalized to a unit cost: the pack price divided by the total number of sellable units in the pack. A case of 24 at 48.00 and a tray of 12 at 25.20 become 2.00 and 2.10, and the comparison stops being guesswork.
Does SanBili save anything automatically?
No. Reading a document produces a draft that you review and correct first. Nothing becomes part of your price history until you explicitly save it.
Can I use SanBili for free?
Yes. The Free plan covers up to 20 suppliers, 100 documents, 20 extractions a month and 1 year of price history, with no card required. Paid plans are coming soon and will raise those limits and add CSV export, shopping lists and supplier terms.
Can other businesses see my prices?
No. Every organization keeps its own product catalog, suppliers and price history, isolated at the database level. Prices are never pooled, compared across customers, or sold.
Do the prices include tax?
Prices are stored exactly as they appear on the supplier's document. SanBili does not add, remove or infer VAT or GST, so what you see matches the paperwork you were given.
Find out what you are actually paying
Upload one invoice and see it come back as matched lines with a unit cost against each. The free plan is enough to know whether this is for you.
